Travel is Living!
Adventure travel not focused on risky activities, but instead experiencing the unexpected by unscheduled time with options, and being open to what is presented to you.
Thanks for coming to my page and joining me in this journey. We've been on this journey for a year and have been on the road for six months in 2022 visiting the Maldives, Sri Lanka, India, Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, Chicago, and the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico, and Belize.
We hope our journey inspires you to visit places throughout the world. We've found that people are essentially the same everywhere, wanting to take care of their families and live a good life.
As when we began this journey a year ago, each trip is a mission of self discovery through other peoples and places. Each trip to have the mission, vision and hopes of being reborn to a new more enlightened self, renewing, growing, learning, becoming.
Each homecoming to be the same... experiencing home, friends and family through a new lens. Appreciating, loving, helping, engaging.
As we had hoped, life has slowed down and every day has taken on special meaning.
Opportunistic Travel rather than a Bucket List
Places, people, activities and even Countries, are options - life decides what is next. Be open and opportunities will come... then it's up to you to say YES I'm going!

Just Because It's a Bad Idea, Doesn't Mean It Won't Be a Good Time. It will probably a GREAT time!
I've been traveling since I was a kid. My dad introduced me to hiking and cycle touring, and mom was an epic trip planner and leader. Two three-month trips around the USA, one three-month car trip traveling Europe, a nearly four-month trip to India and neighboring countries, +plus countless camping trips and weekend trips to Baja California. Adventure travel is in my blood.
Take a chance, go somewhere new, go while you're young and strong, it's safer than we think. The world awaits, and through putting yourself out there, you become more of who you were meant to be. Go for it!
